About
Formerly Fatcat, now Rubrix AI, the platform transforms how businesses handle documents—automating data extraction, processing, and analysis using AI and NLP.
As the Product Lead, I worked closely with the founders to translate their vision into a structured service map and built the product from the ground up. From defining workflows to shaping the user experience, I played a key role in turning an idea into a fully functional, intelligent document automation platform.
Work Context

Streamlining education, insights and careers

Universities are more than just places of learning—they are ecosystems where students grow, interact, and prepare for the future. Yet, outdated systems and fragmented information made it difficult for students and teachers to navigate this journey effectively.
1️⃣ From Paperwork to Smart Automation
Student records, assessments, and course materials were buried in physical documentation, leading to inefficiencies and lost time. We built automated dashboards for teachers to track academic progress, assessments, and campus activities—all in one place.
2️⃣ Empowering Teachers with Actionable Insights
Teachers were spending too much time on manual documentation, leaving little room for personalized student engagement. Our intelligent dashboards, now used in top colleges in Hyderabad, provided real-time analytics to help educators track student performance, identify gaps, and focus on meaningful mentorship.
3️⃣ Bridging the University-to-Career Gap
One of the biggest challenges for students was limited exposure to job opportunities after graduation. By integrating student analytics with global job portals, we built a foundation to connect students with the right career paths, making their transition from university to the workforce more seamless.

As the sole UX & UI designer, I systematically mapped and designed every touchpoint of this ecosystem, ensuring a user-friendly, scalable, and impactful product—all built in a record 3-month timeframe.
